VERY BAD SERVICE AND RAN BY THEIFS
sent in my phone for repair and for one month i couldnt get my phone from them, may many excuses.....

Hi, apparently their may be some kind of mix up, as we notice you have some spelling issues. Did you get a tracking # when sending us your phone? Traking is most important when sending a phone for repair, never use normal postal service.
